With limited resources, and a focus on recent cybersecurity vulnerabilities within organization, NRP sought a partner that could act as an extension of their team, increase their security posture, and maximize their return on existing Microsoft 365 and Azure investments. Our Solution
NRP tapped Core BTS to help them assess, develop, and manage their IT infrastructure, as well as increase their security posture. Having successfully worked on previous initiatives, NRP knew that Core BTS could deliver managed services that would allow NRP to focus on improving the communities and individuals they serve instead of day-to-day operations.
To accelerate time-to-value, Core BTS’ Managed Services team redesigned and reconfigured NRP's core network infrastructure to address single points of failure. In tandem, Core BTS implemented a number of Microsoft security tools, effectively reducing NRP's attack surface by nearly 95%. Then, Core BTS implemented a breadth of tools to help NRP automate and standardize IT processes and procedures.
The Results
As a proactive measure, Core also redesigned NRP's backup and recovery solutions to include Azure, giving them the power to quickly recover in the event of a disaster.
Once NRP's infrastructure was secure, and the right toolset was place, Core BTS shifted focus to optimization and evolution.
Today, Core BTS provides NRP with ongoing management, 24/7 support, advisory services, and licensing management. As a result, NRP has successfully shifted from traditional IT operations to an agile operating model, allowing them to realize increased ROI.
