Core BTS Named Best Place to Work

Core BTS was recently named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania by Lehigh Valley Business and the Central Penn Business Journal.

Founded in 2005, Best Places to Work in PA is a statewide survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania. It is promoted by Lehigh Valley Business and the Central Penn Business Journal in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Team PA Foundation, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – PA State Council, and Best Companies Group.

“We are honored to be named a best workplace in the State of Pennsylvania” said Gina Logozar, Vice President of Human Resources. “Our employees are what make Core BTS great, and this award is evidence of our commitment to them and to enhancing their career experience.”

The 2021 Best Places to Work in PA list is made up of 100 companies. To be named to the exclusive list, Core BTS had to participate in a rigorous, two-part application process.

  • Part One: A detailed evaluation of workplace policies, practices, and demographics.
  • Part Two: The measurement of employee experience via an anonymous employee survey.

Performance in both parts of the process determined 2021 award winners and list rankings.

Final rankings will be announced at the Best Places to Work in PA awards celebration on Thursday, December 2, posted at CPBJ.com, LVB.com, and BestPlacestoWorkinPA.com, and published in a special section inserted in Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business.
