Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Paul Lidsky is a results-driven leader with more than 35 years of experience in IT solutions and technology services. As chief executive officer, Paul is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive organizational growth, build market share and increase profitability for Core.
Prior to joining Core, Paul served as President and CEO of Datalink Corporation (Nasdaq: DTLK), an IT solutions and services company focused on data center and enterprise networking. Under his leadership, Datalink grew through organic initiatives and four acquisitions and was ultimately acquired by Insight Enterprises, Inc. in 2017. Prior to Datalink, Paul served in a number of executive leadership roles for a variety of leading organizations, including President and CEO of Calabrio, Inc., COO of Spanlink Communications, Inc., President and CEO of Computer Telephony Solutions, Inc., and President and CEO of OneLink Inc.
Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stratix and Image Sensing Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISNS). Previously, he served on the Board of Directors for Ancor Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: ANCR), Calabrio, Inc., Computer Telephony Solutions, Inc., Datalink Corporation (Nasdaq: DTLK) and OneLink Inc.
Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Thimjon is an experienced financial executive with a demonstrated history of working in key leadership roles in businesses owned by both private equity firms and public companies. As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin is responsible for the overall leadership of Core’s financial activities as well as working with the President and CEO to drive growth, profitability, cash flow generation and equity value creation.
Prior to joining Core, Kevin served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Lids Sports Group, a retailer of licensed and branded headwear, sports apparel and novelties with over 8,000 employees, 1,100 stores and multiple websites. Prior to Lids Sports Group, he served in executive leadership roles for a variety of organizations, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Just Marketing, Inc., President and Chief Financial Officer of Bell Industries, Inc. and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of ISR Solutions, Inc.
Kevin is a certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Dylan focuses on strategic roadmap development to optimize Core’s unique market position and holistic IT services value proposition. In addition, Dylan is responsible for Core’s merger and acquisitions function.
Dylan has previous experience at Strategy&, a PwC strategy consulting firm. As the Director of the Technology, Media, and Telecom Deals Strategy group at Strategy&, he played a critical role in building the team and leading it through numerous transactions valued at over $10 billion.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jeff Crow is a seasoned, passionate, and flexible leader skilled in building and nurturing high performing teams that drive great financial results through breakthrough strategy and digital transformation of go to market platforms. He has served as Chief Marketing Officer of three publicly traded technology companies where his strong storytelling and digital go to market work drove strong collaboration with sales and significant increases in revenue and market share.
As CMO at Earthlink, a B2B and B2C IT services, network and communications provider, Jeff led the repositioning of the brand that reinvigorated growth and ultimately led to the strategic sale of the Company. While Vice President & Global CMO for PRGX, Jeff drove global growth with an emphasis on the Company’s emerging analytics and SaaS solutions. Prior to his career in technology, Jeff held senior leadership marketing and general management roles at consumer-packaged goods companies such as Central Garden & Pet, WIN Products, Inc., Coca-Cola and Unilever. Jeff began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Jeff holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and an undergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is an avid baseball fan, an eager amateur cook and is working to complete his Cicerone certification. Jeff resides in Atlanta and has two sons in college.
Executive Vice President and GM, Microsoft Business Unit
Jim Peelman is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. As Executive Vice President of the Microsoft Business Unit, Jim is responsible for go-to-market strategy execution and Microsoft services revenue growth.
Jim was the co-founder and CEO of Blue Chip Consulting Group, a consulting firm specializing in Microsoft cloud and managed services, who was acquired by Core BTS in August 2020. Prior to Blue Chip, Jim held several leadership positions at TEKSystems, an industry leader in full-stack technology and talent services, including Director of Business Operations of the Louisville market for 10 years and Indianapolis for 5 years.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
Executive Vice President and GM, Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit
As Executive Vice President and General Manager of Infrastructure Solutions, Adam Davis is responsible for driving the Core BTS strategy in designing and delivering holistic solutions to customers. Adam works closely with the go-to-market sales organization, driving sales enablement and alignment across the commercial and education verticals.
Having served in several capacities since Core’s inception in 2004, Adam has a proven track record of transforming strategic plans into workable solutions while managing performance benchmarks against operational target goals. As Core’s Regional VP of Sales in the Mid-Atlantic territory, Adam was responsible for the region’s rapid growth in customer acquisition and gross profits, seeing a 34% jump since 2014. As Sr. Director of Professional Services, he was instrumental in developing Core’s Resource Management and Staff Augmentation offerings and a leading revenue stream for the business.
Adam is a graduate from Berks Technical Institute 1999 with a focus on electronics, software, and networking. Adam Davis follows and has been influenced by Dale Carnegie.
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
As Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Jason oversees Core’s legal and compliance initiatives.
Jason has served as General Counsel for Core Business Technology Solutions, LLC since 2004, and was appointed by the board to the positions of Senior Vice President and Secretary subsequent to Core’s acquisition by Convergence Technologies, Inc., (CTi). Additionally, he has worked in sales and management roles in the technology industry since 1995.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University. Jason is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
