Overview

In this accelerated five-day course, students will learn about Office 365 Management, including key components of Office 365, how to move your organization to Office 365, configure Office 365 and manage Office 365 ProPlus deployments.

Additionally, this class covers Microsoft 365 Tenant and Service Management, including how to plan, manage, and customize your organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant and services.

This course also discusses Microsoft 365 Identity Management, including how to manage user security groups and licenses for cloud identities, and how to plan and implement identity synchronization, federated identities, applications, and external access.

Audience Profile

This course is designed for those aspiring to the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator role and/or for the MS-200: Planning and Configuring a Messaging Platform exam.

The Messaging Administrator?deploys, configures, manages, and troubleshoots recipients, permissions, mail protection, mail flow, and public folders in?both on-premises and?cloud?enterprise environments. Responsibilities include managing message hygiene, messaging infrastructure, and?hybrid?configuration?and migration. The Messaging Administrator also implements?and manages disaster recovery, high?availability, and client access. The Messaging?Administrator collaborates with the Security Administrator and Microsoft 365 Enterprise?Administrator to?implement?a?secure hybrid topology that meets the?business needs?of a modern?organization. The Messaging Administrator should have a working knowledge of authentication?types,?licensing, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications.
