Inacom Information Systems Joins Core BTS

Core BTS and Inacom Information Systems join forces to create a technology powerhouse!

Core BTS recently acquired Inacom Information Systems of Madison, Wisconsin, a move which will substantially increase the organization’s base of technical talent, enhance the breadth of service offerings, and offer customers a more comprehensive, widespread scope of services.

“We are extremely excited to join forces with Inacom, a long-standing Cisco Gold Partner, known as a leader in unified communication solutions and integration activities in the Midwest region for many years,” said Don Eckrod, CEO of Core BTS. “This acquisition significantly increases our presence, allowing us to reach more enterprise and mid-market customers in the Midwest. Plus, our new talent will allow us to increase our key focus in the unified communication and collaboration space. We especially look forward to offering Inacom’s Network Operations Center for network management and managed service offerings to our existing Core BTS customer base.”

Our combined entity will have achieved the highest-level certifications from industry leaders including Cisco Systems, VMware, EMC, Microsoft, Tandberg and Verizon.” Joining Core BTS as COO, Mr. Albi’s new role will include operational oversight of all 10 of Core’s branches.

The combined organization will have 10 locations from the East Coast through the Midwest and will employ approximately 350 people.
